Mehsana-Becharaji-Sabarmati MEMU to operate twice daily
The Mehsana-Becharaji-Sabarmati MEMU service is expected to improve connectivity across North Gujarat and ease daily passenger travel.
It will benefit devotees visiting the Bahuchar Mata temple in Becharaji, as well as workers and employees commuting to the area's growing automobile and industrial hub.
The train will halt at Chandkheda, Kalol, Kadi, Bhoyani, Katosan Road, Becharaji, Chanasma and Ranauj stations.
In the morning, it will depart from Sabarmati at 6.40 am and reach Becharaji at 8.05 am. After a two-minute halt, it will leave Becharaji at 8.07 am and arrive in Mehsana at 9.45 am.
Evening service to help Ahmedabad devotees and daily commuters
For the return journey, the train will leave Mehsana at 4.40 pm and reach Becharaji at 5.49 pm. It will depart from Becharaji at 5.51 pm and arrive at Sabarmati at 8.30 pm.
The evening service will run in the opposite direction, departing from Sabarmati at 5.05 pm and reaching Becharaji at 6.48 pm. It will leave Becharaji at 6.50 pm and arrive in Mehsana at 8.25 pm.
